Employee suggestion system

The aim of this module is to give employees a platform for suggestions improvement. Suggestions can be submitted, which then can be approved and forwarded by a central instance like the quality manager. Since qmBase ensures transparent processes and allows it to trace the results of the suggested actions, it is more motivating to the individual employee compared to traditional approaches. qmBase ensures that their ideas do not get lost in a system. You can assign feedback-givers to comment and vote on ideas and suggestions.
