Description

The module training management provides a single point to all information concerning the qualifications your employees. You can easily create training plans and document the employees gained qualifications, eg first aid certificates. Moreover, it is possible to set up recurring trainings with reminders. Training records and documents can be linked to the specific training and can complete or digitize an existing employee file. In addition, there are consolidated views to show the general status of the qualifications of all staff. The individual employees can suggest additional trainings through their qmBase account. For that purpose training catalogs can be specified, from which the employee can select the right trainings for him. In addition, the employee can track the processing status of his request through their qmBase account.
