Simple Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Relationship Management serves to map all relationships with customers, suppliers and other interested parties. The functionality offered corresponds to that of a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management). Since this is not a pure sales tool, this name is not quite adequate. In addition to the documentation of communication with customers and suppliers, the functionality also includes a customer satisfaction analysis and a supplier evaluation. Thus, it is actually an XRM system (Extended Relationship Management).
