A turbulent year is drawing to a close. Does it also feel to you as if you have lived through 10 years this year? 2020 was a year full of challenges - we are proud to have mastered them and look back on a successful year 2020.
Changes in our software
This year we have again worked intensively on the further development of our software. In 35 updates we have made new functions available for you, improved existing functions and occasionally also fixed bugs.

As feedback from our users, 565 tickets were newly created this year. On the other hand, we have been able to process and resolve a total of 504 tickets and suggestions for improvement so far this year, leaving a balance of 61 tickets to carry over into the new year. To avoid a large backlog of unprocessed tickets, we also strengthened our development team last year. Our resolution for the coming year is, in particular, to speed up the initial processing of tickets. We know that it is an extra effort for the individual user to create a suggestion for improvement. We are grateful for this extra effort and would therefore like to react faster here as well.

Outlook for the year 2020
Last year, we issued semi-annual roadmaps to give you a glimpse of what new features to expect. Implementing the roadmap with such a long planning horizon has proven to be very challenging. In the future, we will publish roadmaps here on a quarterly basis to present more up-to-date and easier to plan developments.
We are already working on our 2021 Q1 roadmap - this will be available to you soon.

Does it matter if you're a manager or a leader?
We've achieved these successes despite the global pandemic, the lockdown, and working from a home office. The transition to working from home has been easy thanks to our flexibility and agile methods. We were also able to help our customers establish working from home during these complicated times. Of course, we were also able to convince new customers of our software and look forward to closing the year with you and starting into a successful 2021.
