Create a training catalogue that defines and manages all the employee trainings you need for your Training Management. To plan a specific training event just simply selecte a training from the training catalogue, set the date and invite the participants. Each participant will automatically be notified by e-mail about the training. All necessary training documents can be made available to the participants directly via the software. In addition, the software offers the possibility to judge the effectiveness of trainings. This is particularly important for compliance of the Training Management with numerous management systems.

Each individual training in the training catalogue can be defined in such a way that a successful employee training automatically results in a documented qualification for the participant.
