Create role profiles for your employees, which describe all tasks of the respective employee and directly contain all qualification requirements (target status). In addition to the role profile, you can also maintain the actual qualifications that exist for each employee (current status). Based on this information a qualification matrix and a task matrix are automatically created. The qualification matrix provides a quick overview of the existing and required qualifications of the employees. The task matrix shows how well the employees are qualified for individual task areas or to what extent training is required.
The role profile and the existing qualifications, are continuously compared with each other, to automatically show the training requirements for each employee. With the help of the Training Management, training courses are planned, and employees are informed about upcoming training courses. Qualifications obtained in training courses are automatically listed in the employee profiles and the qualification matrix. You don't need to maintain the qualifications matrix and training requirements manually anymore.

The comparison of employee profiles (current status) and role profiles (target status) automatically results in the presentation of training requirements for each employee.
If an employee attends a training course, the qualifications acquired in the course are automatically transferred to the employee profile and the qualification matrix. This means that you do not have to maintain the qualification matrix manually.
The qualifications are transferred directly to the training date. If the employee has acquired a time-limited qualification, the system automatically calculates the period for refreshing the qualification.
You can determine the hierarchical relations between the role profiles as well. The organizational chart for your organization is automatically generated from this information.
