What is the difference between employees and users?
Employees are used to organize your company, for example for org charts, responsibilities, qualifications or training. Users can actively log in to qmBase and read or edit content. Only users are licensed.
Are users licensed as named users or concurrent users?
qmBase uses named users. Each user receives their own license. The number of licenses equals the maximum number of users who can use qmBase, not the number of users active at the same time.
Does every employee need their own user account?
No. Not every employee needs their own qmBase account. In many companies, only part of the workforce actively works with qmBase.
How many users do I typically need?
The number of users depends on your company. In many manufacturing companies, around 10 to 20% of employees actively work with the management system.
Can more users be added later?
Yes. Users can be added at any time.
Are support and updates included?
Yes. Support and updates are included in the monthly license.
Which apps are included for free?
CRM, dashboards & reporting, employees and products are always included as base apps.
