When an employee submits a suggestion for improvement, they choose the responsible idea coordinator. The idea coordinator carries out the first professional examination of the idea. After a successful inspection, the idea is automatically forwarded to the idea manager. The idea manager decides the organizational implementation. The idea manager can optionally involve additional employees as reviewers, to expand the basis for decision-making.
To adapt the idea management to your requirements, e.g. in large companies, departmental idea coordinators can check all ideas professionally. The ideas then come together at a central point with an idea manager. This optionally includes the competence of other employees as experts in the decision.
